The Swiss Financial Services Act (FinSA / FIDLEG) entered into force on 1 January 2020 and governs the provision of financial services in Switzerland.
Moeller & Co. Capital AG provides services exclusively to professional and institutional clients as defined in FinSA Art. 4. The firm does not provide services to retail clients.
Investors may, in writing, opt-in to or opt-out of professional investor status in accordance with FinSA Art. 5. Such elections must be confirmed before any opportunity-specific information is shared.
